Originally from Rochester, New York, Sarah attended both Pratt Institute and the Fashion Institute of Technology as a fashion design major before branching out into textile and surface design. Drawing was always her passion, so it was a natural progression for Sarah to design patterns for a living.
In 2007 Sarah opened her own design studio and began creating and selling her prints. Continuously inspired by current fashion and color trends, Sarah loves finding ways to incorporate her modern aesthetic into sellable designs. Her work can be found on a variety of products including fabric, rugs, apparel, accessories and stationery.
Some of her clients include: Hobby Lobby, Walmart, Jo-Ann, MOO, Skinit, Paper Culture, Hilton Hotels, Chico’s and ScrapGirls to name a few.
Sarah’s work can also be found in two design books, “Patterns” by Maomao publications, and “Exciting World of Pattern Design” by Zeixs Feierabend Unique Books.
Sarah currently resides in Ohio with her husband, two daughters and Jack, the Yorkie.
